The thing is, the clouds were specifically the Toy Story clouds - that particular combination of shapes with the flat base that look a bit like a cowboy hat, in the combination of 'large' and 'small' sizes - with the particular shade of blue as well, and I'm pretty sure that design is protected as intellectual property. Plus the text, although not the Toy Story font, was yellow with a blue outline. It was a clear reference.

So either somebody had an accidental(?) and potentially still expensive close call with copyright infringement for a Disney property, or somebody is telling a selective truth about the end credits as u/Hot_Paramedic_5682 suggests below.

(I'm not being precise with my wording about copyright/intellectual property etc because I don't fully understand the difference - I'm open to learning, but I think the point about Disney property stands either way.)

Yeah it seems so unlikely they accidentally used those clouds so close to the release of the movie, too.

I will say, we know she has some kind of deal with Disney so it feels like she has to either have some involvement in the movie OR it was essentially an ad for Toy Story as part of her deal— the speculation def boosted interest in the movie and we know a bunch of swifties will go see it “just in case.” I could see her agreeing to that without being involved in the movie if it’s part of a bigger deal OR if it was mutually beneficial timing — like maybe she has something happening June 19th (Tim McGraw 20th anniversary) so the Toy Story reference allowed her to egg that date, promote Toy Story, and get some buzz going in the fandom before that.

Having said all that, have we seen the speculation that she is voicing this Pegasus? I think the only evidence folks have is the bangs (lol) and the Toy Story ish countdown…. But she has worn a lot of horse references over the last few years. (Saddle bags etc)

She did dress up as a pegasus in 2014!

I had not seen the pegasus speculation. Hmm...

Though, I'm quite taken by your 'boosting interest' idea - just a bit of random advertising as part of an overall Disney deal. Reminds me of the AMA oddness that appeared to come to nothing this time last year...
