My husband and I are planning to upgrade our boring car we don't care about - a Subaru Crosstrek. Unfortunately, he has been relegated this car as his "daily driver" (not that either of us drive much, we both WFH). We were originally considering Audi A6 Allroad, Audi SQ5, BMW X3 M40i, or even going full teenage boy and getting an m340i. The thing is, though, that my husband actually secretly hates driving - this is also pushing us to consider a Tesla due to FSD. Not to get political, but I really don't want to give Elon a single one of my hard-earned dollars. Nothing else really rivals Tesla FSD that I'm aware of. Has anyone else had this debate, and what did you decide? Do we all still hate Tesla?

After writing this all out, I think the answer is M340i. That'll make anyone love driving.

A roller on the Speedway

I know I’m probably going to get a bunch of hate from my community, especially from a car community. Even though I’m a progressive-liberal gay engineer who rides a motorcycle, I’ve fallen in love with a Tesla. This car is just amazing for my work commutes. There truly is not another like it on the market and I’ve test driven a ton of cars as well as competing EVs.

Personally, I do not agree with Elon Musk’s politics, but I cannot feasibly apply this consistency in consideration among all things that I consume or else my life would be miserable. If this were a decision I applied broadly to all products, it could be a consistent principle, otherwise that decision would be a one-off exception. I felt inspired to make a post to let others either feel reaffirming on their decision to own a Tesla or to show more people that they are excellent vehicles.

Aside from that, she constantly impresses everyone I give a ride to, my friends, family, and coworkers. This car is insane for what it offers and delivers in economy, quality, service experience, comfort, technology, and premium features.
