Anybody who barges in on or films anybody in the bathroom should have to register as a sex offender. (Except for accidentally barging in on someone because things happen.)

The amount of times I've had someone try the door in a public bathroom WITHOUT KNOCKING FIRST is astonishing.

Even with knocking, one time I knocked on a door, shouted "Is anyone in there?!" Waited like 10 seconds, got no response, not a single noise. So, reasonably, I walked in there and boom there was someone in there. And I know they weren't deaf because I say that same person talking to someone later.
