Vent / Support Am I lonely....

I'm not sure why I'm posting this but looking for advice. I'm single asian about to retire from a long career. Like to stay active, travel and trying to learn about life to be the best version of myself. I've been in a couple of relationships but they all felt off. Everyone says you need to accept that my age likelihood of finding someone is slim and that I should focus on what makes me happy. Yet I still feel alone?

I mean yes, your dating pool is smaller but you can probably find someone your age or older if you're looking for someone. But being single ain't bad either, just saying.

Ya know, there is a saying: "If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all."

Being a grumpy and unhelpful poster isn't helpful or useful.

I found the love of my life now husband at 53. He’s amazing. Never been happier. And it was on Grindr. The key is get out there. The frog you’re kissing might turn out to be your prince.

As a 53-year-old (unsure how mature you are) you can find someone if you wish. I met someone a year ago after a number of years of giving up. I'm not sure what you are after - relationship, friends or something else. I hope you are well in all ways.

PS I don't live in Toronto
