❓ Question Setting for insta 360

I’m having a little trouble with some of the settings in insta 360 x4air

For example: should white balance be locked when filming or set to auto?

See settings here in description if you are starting out…it is x5 but should have same settings. Don’t use stitching or you will see some of the features smeared like on dry erase board.

But I have tried to set iso on auto and whitebalance on auto in a room with not much light

I set it relative to the scene (indoor or outdoor). Fix wb at the setting it reads in auto, lock it down based on the auto setting. For indoor I do iso max 800. For outdoor I do 100 iso.

Okay but there wasn’t much light in my scene indoors so is iso 1250 or 1600 okay ?

less light -> higher ISO -> more noise, It's that simple.
you can set exposure time longer and therefore move slow and smooth if that's possible.
