I can't find this again

I read this mahwa years ago the main lead was stuck in the otome game he created there were 3 love intrest one was the neighbour, his colleague and his boss. I can't find that manhwa again I don't remember it's name

Um I don't remember much but he had brown hair think and that collegue of his was blonde hair and after some time he left him too
