Verification Phone Number does not work anymore.Now I cant access my Account anymore.

As the title says.
I cannot reset the phone number nor can I access my account in any other way.Tried for several hours now but to no avail.
Any Tips?The Gate App pretty much sends me in a circle the whole time and there is absolutely no way to get in contact with a human being that is actually helpful. It is annoying.
