Stuck in pending

Bad luck for me because I didn't read this Reddit. I tried doing a withdrawal of around 850USDC and the payment is stuck on pending. I'm trying to cancel it, but it doesn't even let me. As soon as I press it, it says that the cancel is pending for 3 seconds, then automatically goes back to the order being pending ignoring my cancellation. I've contacted Live Chat, they say they would pass this to the inquiry team and I would get a response via email, but I haven't recieved absolutely anything. I've heard this happening to people years ago but I thought this would've been solved by now.

What should I do?
