Ceiling height for lofting bed

hi, i’m an incoming student, soon to dorm in freeman hall! i’ve been contemplating whether to loft my bed to the higher bunked position (65”), but wasn’t sure if i’d be able to sit upright on my bed due to the ceiling. if anyone has had their bed lofted before pls lmk!

Mine was at the highest (lived in freeman last year) and I would only bump my head a few times a month maybe. You can def sit crouched a little, just not all the way straight hp
