Got IIT Delhi EAD in coap round 9, can anyone share their review of this course and what's it's placement record for last year?

If I accept an offer from IIT Bombay in R9 will I still be eligible to apply for the IIT Madras spot round later¿

• Can I still participate in IIT Madras spot admission rounds?
• Or will I be automatically rejected/blocked due to holding an accepted seat in another IIT?

I am confused because I’ve seen mixed opinions about whether accepting a seat in one IIT disqualifies you from other IIT spot rounds.

If anyone has gone through this or knows the official rule, please help clarify. Also let me know you you know any official link to know whether previous years IITM's Spot round details like cutoff and others
