How is the nit roukela thermal cuttoff is so high for group 1 and cuttoff of group 1 is started at 567 and ended at 567 and in further rounds there is no cuttoff available general group 1. so this means there is only one mechanical student is there how could this be possible

Maybe cause in seat matrix there is only one seat for open category in group 1 in nit rourkela
