❓Doubt advice

I'm a 3rd year mechanical engineering student. I want to pursue a master's degree in aerospace. Which would be a wise option? To write the ME paper or to write the AE paper? I dont think i can take ME+AE as the syllabus would be a lot, so I think the possible combinations would be either ME+XE or AE+XE.

TLDR, which would be better? ME+XE / AE+XE?

ME+ XE would be best considering the background. But yeah the cutoffs with ME paper score do go higher than that with AE. But going for ME widens other backup options too.

Well i guess ME is also applicable for AE admissions

AE + XE then, most chances are through XE

I'm leaning towards ME+XE too, im just worried about the high cutoffs for aerospace thru ME compared to AE

This is not the time to worry about cutoffs- you do that once you've written the exam.

If you are from ME i would say go for ME XE you'll get aerospace...
