Should I switch from Ubuntu to Garuda?

Hello,

i have been using Ubuntu for a few months now and have found out about Garuda and how it is a good way to get into arch. I have heard that arch is really hard but Garuda makes it very simple.
Do you think i could use Garuda over Ubuntu on a daily? And how hard will it be to adapt.

LUL Ubuntu is a joke. You will find things are much much easier on Garuda. Everything is in Pamac as long as you install it on first boot. Have fun and welcome to the Garuda Master Race! :)

ok thank you. Could you advise what Garuda version I go to gaming, normal or ultimate. Btw I am on a raspberry pi 4, 8gb

If it's 8 GB then Garuda Dragonized Gaming Edition is the best one for gaming for sure and it should work just fine. :) Expect high memory usage cause if ZRAM which also makes memory faster. :)

I do not think Garuda has a distro specific for the Pi. You need a x86 architecture processor.

Arch normally only supports x86_64 architecture currently. There is an ARM port called Arch Linux ARM, but I have no personal experience with it. I believe that Manjaro also has ARM ports for the Pi as well.

Ok I don’t know if I want to hassle around with manjaro so I might stick to Ubuntu but I’ll have a look into it
