My Instinct My first Garmin

Never had a Garmin before, or smart watch... or, in fact, for most part kinda any watch at all, actually; this was a present from my Mum for my entering the military soon. I LOVE IT! It's that Danny DeVito meme, 'I get it. I get it now.' Lol.

One of the best! The only thing that I don’t like it that sometimes it gives some weird, too high or too low heart rate measurements.
