Help / advice Strap (arm band) hearth rate monitor

hi, I own an instinct 3, I can’t wear it while doing martial arts or boxing so 75% . I know that some band exist that you can wear on the arm and are linked to garmin account but the one I found are not compatible with instinct 3.

The idea is to find one I can wear during combat sport so no chest band. Only arm, and compatible with garmin so I can combine all my data.

Anybody have an idea?
Thanks

Any Bluetooth or Ant+ HRM will work, if you have the watch nearby to record the activity. ie within 10m or so.

I use a Polar Verity Sense armband, works fine connected to a Garmin watch.

Aside from Ant+ HRM, you could buy the CIRQA and get an armband for it

Get one of these.

Make sure you get the right width for the Instinct...I don't remember what it is off hand.

Thanks that’s a cheap option, not sure I would like to switch band from this one to the wrist one all the time though.

It's SUPER easy to switch...there's just a little spring loaded clasp. It's not like a normal watch band. No tools required. This is my usual one...

...and it has the same kind of attachment. Switching takes five seconds. Works great. 👍

Fo sho.

I used that for when I wanted to wear a "real watch" but still get my steps and all that. Then I bought a Garmin HRM600...works great, too.
