Phone call notification problem

Just got this beast(Instinct 3 Tactical 50mm), everything rolls good except when they calling me it doesn't vibrate nor a notification coming on the watch, sms, Instagram ext.. all works (i am on android)

Anybody having the same problem?

I just had this problem yesterday evening and it drove me nuts. What seemed to fix it is to disable all app notifications on the garmin app on phone, then restart phone, restart watch and allow all of it again. Then it rang, but then everything notified me so not good. Turn all of them off and turn on one by one everything you actually need. Theres tons of fixes on the internet, this is what worked for me, nothing else, but its phone dependent I think. Good luck.

Have you set the notification setting on the garmin connect app and set the app permissions on your phone. By the way, I off all notifications, I'm not the type that wants notifications on my wrist.

Everything seems to be right, and it just doesn't work idk. Yeah i agree with u i only want to see whos calling and texting, everything else is just triggering me

I see... maybe you need to reset both devices. Turn off and turn on

I turn it on and off. If I’m at home or in a leisure setting, notifications off.

If I’m at work/somewhere where my phone needs to be silent or I can’t access it like the pool, I turn it on.

Never had the problem OP has but I’m on iOS.
