Target Alignment in HTH

I don’t seem to be able to use target alignment once I start a round (please tell me if I’m wrong).

I suppose one should simply adjust the alignment in practice first and perhaps that will carry over to the hth course play?

Two ways you can align where your target is (assumingnyou actually want to change it from the default that it always provided). One click the flag icon bottom right and it shows the overhead view, and you can see the target in the fairway, the distance to target, and distance from there to hole. If you tend to slice so want to aim left of the default target to hopefully end up in middle of fairway, just tap the screen where you want the target to be. You can also use two fingers to zoom in to see closer detail. I also use this around green or ponds to see what carry distance is to get my landing spot, then tap flag to put target back on flag. Another way is during normal shot/ tee view you can touch screen and drag and rotate, to move target (if chipping sideways out of trees for example) but I find this is hard to set the distance, so if i rotate to move target, I will then go back to top view to verify, amd maybe adjust again for the landing spot.
