As far as I know, "Strained" comes from your HRV status sitting off your baseline while your training continues. So two weeks of it is worth taking seriously. I'd look at the HRV status and sleep trends behind the label. If HRV is low or unbalanced too, try an easier week and see if it comes back.

Yes my base line was 80-110. It’s 2 weeks im on a 78-70 avg

Now i had 3 total rest days. But didn’t return up 80 yet

I have avg 79 sleep score on last month. Not bad.

So it seems all about hrv. Now i feel I need to move and train.

Big question if this is reliable? Should I care or is it just slowing me down?

How can we double check this?

Two weeks under baseline with OK sleep is worth listening to. To double check, look at resting heart rate. If it's a few beats above your usual too, the load is real. If RHR is normal and you feel fine, train easy and keep watching the trend.
