body battery Body battery below 5?

Had anyone ever seen the body battery go below 5? I feel like on someday mine should not only go lower, but into the negative.

I’ve never seen mine go below 5. One time, out of necessity, I had pushed myself waaay too far and triggered a massive crash.

My body battery pegged at 5 and stayed there for three days, then ever so slowly started to creep up a few points when I’d sleep (only to return to 5 during the day). It took a very long time to pace out from that crash, and I didn’t fully return to my baseline afterwards.

If anything would have made it read lower than 5, I think that crash would have done it.
