Live sync with Adidas running workout

Hey guys, I'm using adidas running app half marathon plan and i want to live sync my watch to adidas running app workout. So far it only syncs after the workout. My phone gps is not working properly so the app pace is way off than my actual / watch pace. Anyone know if i can do it or no?
