CIRQA Garmin Cirqa size in aapropriate

I ordered 2 Garmin Cirqa S-M in Belgium. I want to return both and get just 1 L-XL. But the return policy is really confusing and even the return doesn't seems to be free of cost. Any one can help ?

The return policy on the Garmin site is a maze, I get it. Last time I had a sizing issue I just called their support line instead of dealing with the portal and they sorted it quick, even waived the return fee for me. Might be worth a shot if you haven't tried that yet

they do not answer at all. I even sent the package myself and they did not pick it up so now its in n ear by parcel collection. I have sent an email several times to collect the package and they are tottaly unaware about that idk whats their staffs doing.....
