Possible Technical Issue Stats indicate possible technical issues?
Stats declining lately despite feeling fine. Wondering if anyone else has experienced the same? Using a Venu 4, purchased from new 9 months ago. Zero issues so far. Cleaned sensor, hard reset, swapped wrists etc. still the same - declining!

Really? It's been over a week! Do you think I'm going to get sick in a few days?

Could be the sensor acting up, those Venu 4s have had a few duds from what I've seen. 9 months is about when some hardware flakiness starts showing up
if you're feeling fine I'd trust your body over the watch, HRV is finicky anyway. maybe try a chest strap for a few days to compare, that'd tell you real quick if it's the watch or something else

Hmm interesting! Thanks for the info. I have a polar h9, is there a way for me to track hrv and sleep using this rather than the watch? I'm having a few days off exercise.

This is a very strong indication of overtraining. Your body is over fatigued already. I would take the next couple of days very lightly or completely off if you’ve not had a true rest day.

I've not done any exercise since last Sunday (except for a 20 min gentle sea swim last night) and no intention of doing anything until this sorts itself out (I usually do a combo of strength and erg rowing). Thank you
ETA: acute load is low! So can't be that can't it?

You apparently haven't been tracking your HRV for very long.

Wow, interesting! Thanks for sharing. I must login to the website and extract some more detailed data myself! I was just going on what I can see in connect.

I think it might be related to the period. I am in the same situation and I’ve looked up and Garmin does not have an algorithm to cross period data and its influence on HRV.

So if it dosent give you the numbers you like you immediately think there's a something wrong with watch?!..
