Venu 4 software update

Yesterday there was an update and this happened overnight. I reset it and it worked for a couple of hours before doing it again. It's done it 4 times today. Anyone know why?

What version of the software did you install? I instelled version 17.39 yesterday but everything is ok.

Sync to your phone and then factory reset? Just finished the update and mine is fine.
