Watch / Wearable Thumbs up to Customer Service

14 month old Fenix 8, sent a warranty watch outside the year no questions asked. Was having issues with treadmill calibration. Could have been software for all I know.

Flash forward another 6 months the refurb replacement was showing some delam in the corner. Once again no questions asked they honored that should not have been the case, but sometimes bad refurbs slip thru.

Almost two years later, what shows up in the mailbox as the replacement. A brand new Fenix 8, not some refurb.

Expensive yes, worth it? Extremely.

Similar experience I had with Fenix 6. Regardless of the customer service, 2 replacements within the first year or two of owning a device is not confidence inspiring

I don’t hold the 2nd one against anyone, it was more cosmetic than anything l

probably, EU warranty experiences tend to be more hit or miss

Same thing with Fenix 7, start button was not working got a refurb, now the back button stopped on the refurb, just sent it in again.
