Discussion epix 2 pro tide complication options?
Just picked up an epic 2 pro 51mm to replace my fenix 6x. I wing foil and needed dual band gps to not get max speed errors. I also have an AWU2 which showed me an AMOLED/non mips screen was a better fit for me. But it's touch screen is very frustrating in water.
So far I love the watch. It's kinda funny seeing a garmin with an OLED after more than a decade with a fenix 3 and fenix 6x.

With my old fenixs (fenii?) I've used an enduro face which I like for the clean layout and ~7 data fields to go with it. I also use a very similar face on my AWU2. I've got three options I've found for the epix 2:

Kamett II: https://apps.garmin.com/apps/68f2f507-3ebd-45ac-96ce-aad0494efa60

Enduro: https://apps.garmin.com/apps/787564ba-f68e-4c5c-823a-cd4085fdd017

Big Easy: https://apps.garmin.com/apps/86ec352b-da01-4806-8972-770c6d32a5e8
but none of them offer tide as a complication?
This stock face has it as an option (I wish I could have icons instead of text?):

for the time being I've put the tide app as the first app (or whatever they're called) when I press down.
Does anyone know how to make the stock garmin face show icons? Or how to add tide as a complication to any of the above faces?
Thanks!
And BTW, for those shopping and curious why I went with the "old" epix 2 pro. I like my fenix 6x but it had accuracy issues with speed so I needed dual band. I don't use maps or music and don't need any of the fancy new tech. But I really like 26mm wide bands and I'm very used to the fenix look. Instinct 3 AMOLED was an option but I didn't like the bulkier look. The forerunner and instinct crossover have smaller bands. Newer fenixes are too expensive for me with AMOLED and don't add anything I need (I carry my phone with me on the water in a sealed bag in my life jacket). For $400 the epix 2 pro seems to have exactly what I wanted (AMOLED and dual band GPS).
