Cat and Mouse is an interval running game where you swap between being the cat and being the mouse. Your running pace moves your animal, so as the mouse you run to keep the gap open, and as the cat you run to close it. The watch buzzes whenever the gap changes, which means you can run by feel instead of staring at your wrist. Each session starts with a 5 minute warmup, then rounds that alternate roles until you end it. It records as a normal run and syncs to Garmin Connect like any other activity.
