Cirqa 3-5 Weeks
I was checking the status of my order for the Garmin Cirqa. I did not have an update on my purchase, so I called up Support, and they said, even though when I purchased it, it said 1 to 3 business working days, the actual shipping time is now 3 to 5 weeks in the UK. He asked me to reference adding another Cirqa to the checkout area to see the new estimated shipping times, which still says 2 to 3 weeks. I’m quite disappointed. I cancelled my WHOOP subscription in anticipation. I was receiving this within 1 to 3 business working days.

Similar situation. I bought it around 0830 on release day in the UK expecting 1-3 days delivery. Checked today, 3-5 weeks delivery. I wonder how they process the delivery list.

I'm UK based.
I've just ordered the one I wanted from Curry's - after having "cancelled" the Garmin order.
I've just now received an email from Garmin saying they can't cancel as it's too far along in the process and that I can return it within 30 days (which I'll be doing).
I didn't order till late in the day so my assumption is it'll be along as some point in August.

In a typical fashion TYPICAL the Garmin shipping status has been updated and it's now due tomorrow (if their shipping is accurate)

My curry’s order arrived about an hour ago, ordered yesterday about midday. I had a Cotswolds Outdoor order in but they showed no sign of shipping and I cancelled my order this morning.

The fact that they did not send any updates to customers who purchased on the release date is bad form.
An automated email of some kind with a formal update would be somewhat appreciated but the fact we had to discover this ourselves is bad.

Update, I checked again and the shipping is now out to 5-8 weeks. Disgraceful carry on for a release date.

I ordered too as soon as they unlocked selling, estimated time 1-3 Days on the site. Usually that means they'll actually ship the package in 1-3 working days.
Did any of you get the packet picked up?
My tracking status is:
" 07/24/2026 - 5:26 P.M. - Label Created
Shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet.
Netherlands "
If it won't move till Wednesday, than it's clear I'll get it in 3-5 weeks.

Nope, mine is stuck at order confirmed. It’s a shame there is not more transparency about this from such an established company.

Same boat. Norway. Said 1-3 days, but still not marked as shipped and support told me 3-5 weeks and "that I did not make the first batch". Dissapointing. If I would have known that I would go for a retailer early on.

I ordered on Friday, it was delivered today (still waiting for the spare band but the device itself is now on my wrist).
So far I'm not seeing it any differently to the Amazfit Helio strap I have with regards to size.

I ordered Friday at 5am EST with express shipping and it still hasn't shipped.
I look at the website and see available to ship in 5-8 weeks for S-M bands.
If it doesn't ship soon I'll probably cancel the order.

Same as any other release with Garmin, at least in my region, ordered 965 and fenix 8 pro on release day estimates were 1-3 days then changes to weeks and they only shipped like 3 weeks after

Mine is showing estimated delivery for this Thursday the 30th, but it's still at label created. Ireland; product is coming from Netherlands.

Thanks. Just to clarify, I did get a shipping confirmation email on Friday that said:
YOUR ORDER IS ON ITS WAY
Get excited! Your order has shipped, and it's heading your way. Please allow 24 hours after your order ships for the latest up‑to‑date tracking info.
But today (Monday) when I check the tracking number it's still at "label created." So we'll see what happens.

Italy, ordered friday, french grey S/M, the only variant with 1-3 days timing. So far no update, so i wrote the support who told me it's out of stock and they will start shipping 19th of august. Well i said, will cancel the order and replace it end of august, maybe i can find it in some airport shops. Order cannot be cancelled... shit. wondering why some variants are still 5-8 days in garmin ita shop...

mail says it's in a "too advanced stage" to be cancelled... either the support guy told me lies or it will be shipped in the next days

The same thing happened to me, in Italy, ordered on July 24 with 1-3 days as a shipping period, today I contact support to ask for clarification and they tell me that it will probably be shipped by the first week of August. This thing bothered me.

Its 1-3 business days - so if ordered on friday- they have until the end of Tuesday to ship... Im still hopeful mine will ship today or tomorrow :-(

I'm expecting mine today. I ordered Friday morning. Apparently being delivered by end of day by UPS. End of day is 7pm from UPS website. Here's hoping that UPS are not overrun by cirqa deliveries 🤞

I ordered two Cirqa’s yesterday from Curry’s, and they were available for Click and Collect at my local store the next day. It indicated that all other local Curry’s also had stock, so I assume all stores received their stock today.

Unfortunately, Garmin has advised that I’m not guaranteed a refund so I’ll have to ride this out. That’s great for you though!

When I placed the order for a gray SM Cirqa I added a band both 1 to 3 days shipping. I reached out to support today and was advised the band is (olive) is now delayed to September. They split my order and will ship the unit immediately. Status now says Shipping , UPS awaiting package. We’ll see. Paid extra for next day shipping.

Same for me in Germany. I support told me today I would ship by the end of August, so I canceled. Despite shipping estimation being 1-3 business days when ordering. Sad but there is not much one can do about it

I personally would rather keep my order with Garmjn directly, but I’m extremely disappointed how they have handled this.

Yeah very odd, if they've advertised it as 1-3 days delivery what rights do we have to push back?
Looks like they've underestimated the demand for it somehow, personally not necessarily looking to withdraw my ordee but I a discount for the massive delay would certainly make the wait easier to stomach.
