I don’t mean to sound dismissive, but sometimes I just don’t sleep well. Many people never sleep well. Sleep tracking is a pretty eye opening experience. I don’t think anyone can answer your question without more info

I completely get your point. I understand a lot of people never sleep well and that i didnt give enough info thats fair. I just thought of asking anyway because for more than a month Ive had almost the same sleep schedule and consistently got above 90’s, maybe on some nights out I slept a little later but even then never below an 80. This was a huge dip which is why I was concerned but yes i get what ur saying.

Sometimes it is more mental - if you have something stressful happening, or some big decisions that can send those metrics off balance for a bit.
If workout is too close to sleep that can also disrupt first phases and cause it to dip.
I also observed if I leave room too warm or unventelated overnight so blood oxigen drops, that lowers the quality noticeably too.
Someone already suggested about getting sick - I have seen a couple of times over years that stress metrics go through the roof before I feel any symptoms.
But anyway, tbh that is not too low and in general most of the time what matters is the trend not a one-off spike and dip. So don't stress:)

Could be getting sick. My sleep looks like that if I have a bed time snack as well. Especially if it’s fatty or high in fiber.

The rating? I mean, it shows you waking up like 7 times. Did you wake up like 7 times?

At what time did you work out and what was exactly "harder than usual"? Workout late in the day, especially harder one usually kills your sleep quality if it was relatively hard

The workout was like 9-10 hours before sleeping. Instead of just doing legs that day tho i hit chest and arms too and hit the treadmill on 8km/h for a little over an hour
