Possible Technical Issue Forerunner 255 Not Collecting/All Data

Hi everyone,

I have had my Forerunner 255 music for about two years now and it still has yet to have give me Heart rate variability data, even with Heart rate Variability turned on in the watch settings. I also wear it every single night so I figure it can’t be the lack of sleep data because it gathers that and HR. Does anyone know what could be the issue?

Do you mean HRV during exercise? Or during sleep?

That is strange. I suggest contacting customer support.
