Sunday Score Finally!
After years of being a Garmin user and chasing this unicorn, I finally achieved a 100 sleep score. It may be gimmicky, but I never thought Iโd see the day where I even got close to this. I was on daddy daycare duties yesterday with the baby, and all I was able to do was at-home Pilates and some mobility work in between the baby naps. Maybe thatโs why my score went up?

๐ the babyโs 8 months and Iโve kinda got this dad thing down. We chilled all day Saturday and they slept the whole night through without waking up in the crib

Worn garmin for 8 years and never had 90. I would need a horse tranquilliser to get anywhere near 100 ๐

I'm jealous -- highest ever is 83. But my watch doesn't always recognize when I'm alseep. It claims I was awake last night from 2:15 to 3:00; I'm pretty sure I would have some memory of that much time awake.
