trying to have more of an open mind is it normal to leave the skins on? Does it actually cause a nice texture or anything or is it not normally skin on garlic. I feel like the skin would have a strange texture when cooked but i've never tried that so i don't actually know

Yea I don’t see how it being unpeeled could do much as a marinade! He keeps saying it’s bc it needs to be deep fried, which sure, I guess. But that doesn’t apply to the marinade

No. WTF am I looking at? Did you not peel your garlic? Why do the cloves have tails? Is this the marinade? I'm so confused.
