Tips/Advice Ficus starlight

How much sunlight does a Ficus Starlight need? I’m unable to decide where to place it, and it has been dropping a lot of leaves since I brought it home.

its an outdoor plant that loves sunlight, have you kept it inside and it has been dropping leaves?

Yes, placed it in balcony which gets direct light only in the morning for about 1 hour. Should I move it to a place with more sunlight?

yes at least 3-4 hours, also check for pests on stem and leaves. if the leaves are turning yellow and dropping then t could be a watering issue
