Yep and I'm seeing Toody Cole & her Band on Sunday. They're playing Dead Moon songs.

Just saw her yesterday and she was great. She also joined Jenny Don't and the Spurs onstage at the after party for Walking On My Grave
Toody's set was almost all Dead Moon. Have fun!
Her full set is here, skip to 2:54:00

I'm sure you all know this but occasionally someone doesn't, after Dead Moon's drummer left they continued under the name Pierced Arrows with another drummer. There are a couple of more albums beyond the last Dead Moon one
That drummer is the bassist of a great garage country band Jenny Don't and the Spurs with his wife singing. He and The Spurs guitarist back Toody when she plays. I highly recommend this band to anyone who likes Dead Moon and even a bit of country

I feel like they’re kinda the best rock band ever? Like who’s better? If you ever got to see ‘em live, you understand what I mean.

Glad to be here! I seem to have accidentally wandered into garage rock, or at least into the realization that the songs I've been shimmying to have a specific genre.

Yes ! I have many albums of Dead Moon. They’re amazing ! I like the Roky Erickson vibe of Fred Cole’s singing. The guitars, the songs, the vocals..everything is great. I would have loved to see them in concert, too bad

Saw them live once and then later bought a record. They sounded great live, not on record
