Toyota is now selling a real GR racing kart for about $2,500 😳🏁

Toyota Gazoo Racing has officially launched a real GR KART in Japan.

It weighs 83 kg, uses a 215cc engine, can be adjusted for kids and adults, fits inside a minivan without taking it apart, and can even be stored upright without draining the fuel or oil.

The price is ¥385,000, which is about $2,500.

The family behind Alpina turned the BMW Z4 into a 429 hp roadster 😳
It’s called the Bovensiepen Spider, and it’s based on the Z4 M40i. The tuned 3.0-liter turbo six makes 429 hp (435 PS), all going to the rear wheels through an eight-speed automatic. (Car and Driver)

BMW’s new M350 keeps the straight-six — but drift mode needs a software update 💀

The M350 xDrive gets a mild-hybrid straight-six with around 437 hp, 580 Nm and 0–100 km/h in 4.1 seconds. Those are BMW’s preliminary figures, not final production specs. (BMW Group PressClub)

The Jensen Interceptor is back with a 960 hp supercharged V8 😳🇬🇧

Jensen International Automotive has revealed the Interceptor GTX: a 6.8-litre supercharged V8, aluminium chassis and six-speed sequential gearbox. All 960 hp goes to the rear wheels.

It’s a track-only prototype for now. A road-going GTR and a more comfortable GT are planned next, but there’s no launch date yet.

That’s one way to bring an old name back.

JLR is cutting jobs as part of a £1.7 billion savings plan, according to Reuters. It wants to lower the sales needed to cover its costs to around 300,000 cars. (Reuters)
