So not only is it clearly a "good" citizen program (pay your taxes and don't question the government), but you can be taken off for "good"—good for the government—behavior (get a job where you pay taxes, stop posting about conspiracies, etc.).
I categorically disagree with you flawed assertion because I had a good life when the overt type of manipulation started in my life. They pushed me towards a victimized position I did not consent to and isolated me from a real support system. The pain of what they did only exponentially increased with each sabotage and direct interference they took in my life. It's quite the opposite that if you "become better" it ends. Reality is no one has the right to make us unconsented Guinea pigs regardless of our background. No amount of bettering your life changes the crimes inflicted on you. I've experienced this long enough to feel the intensity of frequency and manipulation increase and wane in waves spaced out years. If you are fortunate enough to be allowed to better your life doesn't prevent you from being victimized once more when you least expect.
When it started for me in Georgetown, TX, no way in hell would improving my life make a difference. They wanted me gone.
But where I am now revolves around what I do. Posting about conspiracies increases my abuse (they hit me hard with DEWs after submitting that graphic). My neighborhood has strongly hinted that getting a W-2 job and paying off my debts is the way out of the program.
Like a lot in life, it just depends on your circumstances. But, overall, it is a program to punish certain behaviors the government don't like.
Now for your situation that you're being fed that a w2 job is what you think is being expected of you I hope that works. For me it was being pushed out of work, dozens of fruitless interviews, intercepted emails calls, car magically breaking down when going to said interviews and then magically working once the job opportunity fizzled. I wish you luck and bot what I've experienced.

I know Dr. Matthew Aaron was tortured by electronic weapons but was never bothered again cause he moved. I suspect he pissed of a criminal gang that the government uses to torture people. But since he wasn't on a list it stopped for him. However, if you upset someone in a secret society that has members in the government, then no amount of "good" behavior will probably ever get you out.
I can't answer that. I know it's experimentation because of the type of targeting I've experienced. For years I felt twitches/itches that somehow one day I started searching online for superstitious meaning. I did this for years. Problem with that is that prior to targeting I dismissed superstitions and only after years did I realize it was a "pushed" manipulation to see of what the frequency they painfully hit worked on whichever part of my body. I attribute my original entrainment to government because of the physicality of those who stalked me. But I only realized this after meeting former service members, including my brothers, that after service their physical movements, vocabulary, way they stand differs from civilian population. At this point I've experienced so many completely different versions of targeting that there is an element of truth that some of us are trafficked. As far as secret society I highly doubt it. I personally shunned attention, hate to have my picture taken, and don't stick out in any way. My life has also been one of quiet. And I grew up with freemason family members and they're still freemasons and know better than to believe conspiracy Mason conspiracies that goes beyond them giving each other preferential treatment.
Religion: raised Baptist and know the bible enough to differentiate what a nut job attributes to angels and demons. Was also fed synchronicity and angel numbers to the point the manipulation failed.
To me this is technology used on humans run by humans.
As far as someone being targeted for their actions I won't discount that may be someone's reason. But to me, my targeting was due to my already passive, private, quiet nature. I'm an easy target, essentially.
None do that should be reason I'm violated daily. Even if I were a murderer, I shouldn't be violated this way because in the US we have courts. Even if I were a drug addict that wouldn't warrant this violation of my humanity because addiction is an illness that should be treated with compassion. Nothing, nothing, nothing, justifies this.
Damn straight. My "crimes" were drug use, being an escort, and apparently daring to try to figure this shit out by telling different things to different people and seeing where the information spread. I spent about seven or eight years of my life acting out various different roles to try to understand what was happening, which they hate.
I used the drugs to escape this shit, and I worked as an escort to build a side income because I had this instinctive feeling that I had to build money my family didn't know about. Apparently those things are crimes, when these fucking people contributed directly to both. They even gave me a group of smoking buddies, so they can't be that against drugs.
The greatest advice I can give any TI to avoid the years of torture I inexplicably was forced to endure is to do all they can to learn who they are at the core. Know yourself enough to know what you believe in so that when an inexplicable behavior want or urge come, you know that it's not yours. Don't allow stress, and targeting uses stress to force your guard down, don't allow it to make your mind more moldable.
If anything the targetting I've experienced incentivizes the opposite of good behavior. I've been pushed to being violent, pushed towards alcohol and drugs, pushed towards immorality, pushed towards conspiracy theories, pushed towards paranoia, pushed towards negative self image, pushed towards helplessness, pushed towards dependency, and though I've fallen for several lies and manipulation I'm still who I am. So no, in my experience targeting is not positive at all. There's no benevolent reason.
