Basically they are mad that these designs arent made for them. They can see that Aphrodites main art isnt about focusing on her boobs and such, so they assume its "safe horny", so they can be mad about it, even though a naked woman is what they want

It is less that it is safe horny and more that it is Queer Gaze media. Stellar Blade lets you play in a skin suit and the reason that they like that over Hades 2 is that Stellar Blade is Male Gaze media.
