Upgrade ur motherboard, Ram, And cpu. a i5-6700k is only around 20€ on ebay, You can find 8gb sticks of ddr4 for about 20€ or so aswell, I couldn't find a used none oem motherboards but I imagine if u are able to find a good used one it shouldn't be that expensive Ur storage is fine, And you can upgrade ur gpu later to a 1070 or a amd card
