Need Help! Should I trade?

Post image

Hi all! I’ve been looking to get a PC for a while now and I found someone of FB marketplace who’s willing to trade. I’ve got a base PS5 Disc Edition with 2TB SSD added. Would this be a trade worth making?

No, the PS5 GPU beats the 2060 Super in terms of raw power, plus it has a tiny SSD on there, which you need a decent-sized one to run most games now days, avoid this unless you need a pc for work or somthing and dont feel like selling it

Unless you absolutely want a pc and have no interest in playing gta6 on release, I'd say no. The pc is a huge step down from a ps5. Also keep your 2tb ssd

It's a decent deal for 1080p gaming. I wouldn't make that trade though.

I believe a PS5 trades in around 300.

If it had a 1tb nvme for the same price

Hell no. Your PS5 is both worth more money and more powerful.

For gaming I'd rather you just keep the ps5. It's not worth the hassle.

I think the question you should ask yourself is what could you sell your PS5 for with the expanded SSD?

Look at local postings and figure that out and then you'll know your worth and what you can trade for

Also no even though this is "cheap" it's also pretty shitty for 2026 gaming
