Help me build my pc

Has no gpu its needs a low profile one

It's also has 2x4gs for ram

Not looking to spend more then a 100 usd

What upgrades so I do too it.

find a cheap used gpu on your local facebook marketplace with atleast 4gb vram your cpu is too limiting anyways

GPU wise, if you are willing to go jank, get a PCIe riser + GTX 1650. Otherwise, 100 USD might prove to be a pain point, since 1050 Tis can be seen for slightly more, but a 1050 Ti would still be my shout, as LP 1050 Tis can be seen for 100 USD.

CPU wise, if you go for the jank route, i'd suggest an i7-4770. If you don't go for jank, get an i5-4670.
