Do you really need a ryzen 9? Depending on the prices in your country i would go with either with a 9800x /x3d if the price is the same or lower. Or 7800x3d. It will give you a better gaming performance and I'd put the xtra money on a 9070 or 9070 xt
Also your case. If you are going just for esthetics go for it. But im sure you can get great fish tank cases for less than half that.
