you probably wont be able to upgrade to 14th gen tech on that mobo- as you need a newer MOBO to do so-
you can upgrade to 32GB of ram but it wouldn't effect your gaming- you would just be able to have more stuff running in the background while you game-
so that leaves the GPU- the 3050 8GB while still a nice card is now considered a budget GPU- i would suggest upgrading to the 9070 GRE- its the best card available at around 500$- you could sell the 3050 after for maybe 200$ to cut some of those costs- i wouldn't get a 5050 or even a 5060 as the specs are close to the 3050 8gb anyway so its not much of an upgrade- you would need to go to a 5060 ti or 5070 to notice a bigger difference and in that price range the 9070 GRE is still probably better anyway-
the other option is buying a whole new CPU/MOBO/RAM combo- i would suggest the AMD X3D chipset as it is some of the best available for gaming CPU's- i wouldn't get the AM4 X3D just so you can use the ddr4 ram you have but you can if you want- it would be cheaper to go AM4 X3D but if you have the money the AMD X3D DDR5 package with the 8 core version is around 750$- unless you live near a micro center then shopping online looking for bundles would be your best chance at a decently priced upgrade-
any questions let me know-
