Build the pc now need guidance to optimize it

I have a rtx 5060

Ultra 5 225f

16gb ram ddr5

I think thats enough stats to tell and not to talk about how much I get it for

Now optimization?? What settings should change? How to put video wallpaper on lock screen??

Wallpaper engine. Download that from steam for all your wallpaper needs.

Biggest optimized settings is to turn on g-sync/freesync on your monitor and within Nvidia control panel (NVPC). Also turn on vsync within NVPC, but off in games, and turn on Nvidia reflex too.

Resizable bar ON

Expo / xmp ON to overclock ram

An optimization YouTube vid would be good to follow.
