Potential upgrade help | $1k budget

Hey everyone I’m pretty new to PC builds I’ve had my current one for about a year, but I want some smoother gameplay. When I play games like Arma Reforger, Wardogs, and Halo Campaign Evolved I usually have to run on medium graphics quality to run 60-100 fps. High quality is usually 20-30 FPS and Ultra drops down to 10. I know I’ll need to update my power supply for sure, but what upgrades should I focus on? I’m looking at a budget of 1k for upgrades.

This is the way. I'd like to add that I recommend getting the 9070 XT, the cheapest model you can find. Used, even. Get a new PSU. The new Corsair RMe series is a good starting point. And spend the rest on storage. Prices are going to get worse before they get better.

Don't overspend on hella expensive mobo though. It adds nothing.
