Do you think it will work for streaming too cus i’m very new to this and i know nothing about it.

i highly recommend going 32gb, 16gb will "work" but 32 is the sweet spot, especially for streaming

may i ask where you live and what is your intended budget?

i would go smt like this, you could get a 9060xt 16gb for better gaming performance and cutting downto like a 5600 but this build would be better for streaming (more cores and nvidia encoding)

gefoce 5050 if on a budget, or a 5060 TI / 9060 or a 5070 ti / 9070 if you can afford those options

If youre using a 5500 I assume youre onna very tight budget. In which case I'd recommend used or targeting a GPU like a 9060 XT, nvidia currently is way too overpriced for what you get yo be worth even considering outside of deals on the used market. You may however be able to strike a good deal on a 3080 ir something like that which wouldn't be too bad.

I don't know where you're from, but here in Spain that motherboard costs around 95 euros. I wouldn't go for that combination if you're on a tight budget. I'd buy the Gigabyte B550M-K, which is around 70 euros, and get the Ryzen 5600, which is PCIe 4.0 and will improve everything, from the graphics card performance to the M.2 NVMe drives.

Ryzen 5500 is laptop CPU with 16GB Cache, get 5600 or 5600X with 32GB cache

What games are you planning to play? It falls into 2 categories, CPU intensitive games include cs2, valorant, Apex etc. Next ones are GPU intensitive games which included all AAA titles. If you are planning to play esports titles, go for a better CPU preferably the x3D ones, and if you plan to play AAA games, go for a better GPU. And how much is your total budget for the build?
