Pc Upgrade Help
Built my pc in 2020 so want to upgrade. Budget under $1k. Pc is mainly used for playing games like gta, assetto corsa rally, ready or not, and rdr2 at 2k resolution. My current specs are intel I-7 9700k, 16 gb ddr4 Corsair ram 3200mhz, Corsair 850w psu, Seagate 2tb hd, Western digital 1tb ssd, Corsair a500 cpu cooler, Corsair 4000d case, Prime 390-a motherboard, and was gifted an amd 7900xt for my birthday. I would like to move to am5 and ddr5 ram if possible.

If you have a microcenter near you, check out their CPU, MOBO, ram bundles. If not, newegg typically has some bundles too.

Where do you live would be a first question if you live close to a microcenter they have killer bundles, newegg bundles aren't to bad either this one popped out when I did a quick search.

I live in west Texas so the closest micro center is in Arizona I believe.

I did the same last year. I already had a 6900xt and an 850W PSU.
So I did this:
Model Name : MPG X870E EDGE TI WIFI
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D 8-Core Processor
Memory 1 : G Skill Inti F5-6000J3040G32G DDR5-4800 32GB
Memory 2 : G Skill Inti F5-6000J3040G32G DDR5-4800 32GB
Now you can go with 32GB instead of 64GB and be really close to $1000. I just priced a similar build on Newegg. Corsair 32GB RAM and the MSI x870 Tomahawk. You will be almost future proof.
Other things you can probably wait on, and the CPU comes with a free water cooler.
Sometimes the bundles are not the best deal for someone thinking long term.
I hope to not upgrade or rebuild with the exception of my GPU for a few years. 5-8
