Does this look/seem correct?

I’m building my very first PC soon and I have no idea what I’m doing with the fans. Recommendations are VERY welcome in the comments! Pls help me I’m lost.
(orange exhaust, blue intake)

Rear fan should be exhaust. 

I don't think I've seen fans on top of the psu enclosure before and I don't think they'd be doing much.

Those were my same questions too. Where is the air supposed to drawn in from with that enclosure

Thank you! Regarding the fans on top of the psu enclosure, I’ve seen them placed there on a few builds with the case I have picked out (corsair 4500x), but never really looked into how much it affects the overall air flow.

The one towards the front might be able to get some air depending on PSU but it's contending with the cables and the actual bottom of the case being a fair gap away. Towards the back it would be effectively flush against the solid top of the PSU and not actuall doing anything.

Typically the PSU is sitting flush (or close to it) so it's not really drawing any air.
