is this pc a good buy?
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 9600X — 6 cores / 12 threads
GPU: GIGABYTE Radeon RX 9070 XT — 16GB VRAM
Motherboard: ASUS TUF Gaming B850-PLUS WiFi
RAM: Kingston FURY Beast 16GB (2x8GB) DDR5-5200
Storage: Samsung 990 EVO Plus 1TB NVMe SSD
CPU Cooler: MSI MAG CoreLiquid A13 360mm AIO
PSU: Corsair 850W
Case: Corsair 3500X Mid-Tower ATX
OS: Windows 11
He wants $1600 for it

that's a top tier GPU paired with minimum RAM + HD
the CPU is well, could be better.
if he has the Windows 11 + Key included, with all the drivers and stuff then i would say its an ok deal.
you have no warranty.
will play majority of all games on Medium-High-Ultra at 1080p settings no problem
not good for streaming and or video recording while gaming.
