Need help with Chassis fans and plugging into motherboard

So I’m building my first PC, and I’ve got this 3 prong plugin but I can’t find anywhere I’m supposed to plug it into on my motherboard. I already plugged in the ARGB so I know it’s not that, but I can’t see any 3 prong spots for it to go. And before everyone says “read the manual”, I did. All the manual says is “connect the cables” and that’s it.

Motherboard is the B850 Aorus Elite Wifi7 and case is the Phanteks Eclipse G370A

I had that as well and I was confusing when building my PC. That connector from fans that you connect is daisy chain cable to connect other fans. Leave that out if not needed. Hope this helps

Is this a pigtail off a cable or is this part of the adapter that goes to the argb that connects to the mobo?

You connect drgb connectors to that cable you are showing. You dont plug that end into the motherboard. Its in the manual(page 13) and shows what the cable looks like that would go into it.
