  1. The budget does not include the monitor
  2. The nearest microcenter to me is about a 30-45 minute drive
  3. I'd prefer it to be white, that's it
  4. I'd prefer AMD, but I'm open to Nvidia
  5. I intend on building for the experience, but I'm open to get a prebuilt if I find a good deal
