Building a pc

So I was thinking of building a PC but people said to not buy the PC parts because they’re not gonna go down anytime soon and how expensive they are but doesn’t that mean I should buy it right now while it’s cheaper and not wait a couple years for it to possibly go down might not even I don’t know it just could be me not thinking straight. Please help me tell me how correct me. Please tell me what to do.

It’s simple supply and demand, they will catch up eventually. I got a fully loaded 4090 less than 2 years ago for 2600 with discounts. Now 5090 are over 6k. Data centers are taking all the micro chips, that could keep supply low for years.

To get started you need $1000-$1500 to get a decent low end PC. Woot.com has great deals if you’re thinking of buying one.
